Planning Your Event

Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, all event staff are required to attend a series of planning calls for your event.

The planning calls cover: safety best practices, a timeline for planning your event, goal setting, promotional tactics, and techniques to enhance visitors’ experience to help close sales.

One week out from your scheduled event, a final training workshop is held to review the confirmed event logistics and key messages displayed within the truck.
